Say what kind of space you have, such as a television studio, a live stage or a mobile unit. Mention roughly how many cameras and crew you run and whether a control room is on site. If you have a floor plan or equipment list, attach it or mention it. This tells us how large the job is and which of our specialists should read your message first.
Describe what is happening or what you intend to build. For a fault, note when it appears and what you have already tried. For a project, say what is fixed and what is open, such as a layout, a lighting rig or a team routine. Plain language is fine; we will ask for technical detail if we need it.
Tell us when the work would need to happen and any dates that cannot move, such as transmissions or events. Mention who on your side can give us access to the room and the people who run it. We will not promise a date in the first reply, but knowing your constraints lets us propose a sensible plan.
